Every time the Walt Disney Corp. works on a new attraction, all the way back to the original inspirations for Disneyland, it uses immaculately put-together sketches to show the world its vision. Even with 3-D imaging available, Disney still uses the 2-D sketchbook to communicate with the world. Twice a year Dapper Day comes to remind us what Disneyland would look like if those original sketches came to life exactly as is. Promenading through the park are men in suits and ties, women in heels with their hair perfectly coiffed, and children dressed as through any second now Grandma is going to call.
