Anna Sui’s Holiday Pear Social – Bridgerton 

8 oz St. Germain Elderflower Liqueur

8 oz Grey Goose La Poire

6 oz Cucumber-mint juice 

2 oz Fresh Lemon Juice 

1 oz absinthe 

16 oz Sparkling Wine 

Garnish: dehydrated pear, mint crown, borage, grated nutmeg

Method: Build in a vessel, add all ingredients, stir, add ice and garnish. Serves 8.

Method: Build all ingredients in a rock glass over a large ice cube, garnish with an orange twist.

¾ oz. Aquavit

¾ oz. White Wine

2 dashes Chocolate and Cinnamon Bitters

Method: Stir to combine. Pour into a cocktail glass. Garnish with an orange twist.

Ingredients: Bourbon, Lemon, Black Tea, Chamomile Tea, Natural Herbs, Aromatic Bitters

Bemelmans Bar’s “Elaine’s Smoky Martini” – Harry Styles (or Prince Harry)

2 ½ oz Gin

½ oz Lagavulin 16 whisky

½ oz Noilly Prat Vermouth 

Lemon peel garnish

Method: Add ingredients into a cocktail shaker over ice, stir and then strain into a martini glass. Finish with the essence of a lemon peel twist and then garnish with that lemon peel. 

The 2021 style icon Harry Styles’ red carpet look featuring a purple feather boa alongside this smoky twist on the traditional martini is a treat. Rumor has it that Prince Harry was recently spotted drinking one of these martinis on his last New York City visit alongside wifey Megan Markle.
