After this coming Sunday, August 25, RivaBella will say arrivederci to its brunch buffet on Sundays. Gino Angelini, executive chef at RivaBella and chef-owner of Angelini Osteria on Beverly, is looking to add other specials to menu instead. As a farewell of sorts, the Northern Italian restaurant will slash the usual price of brunch in half, from $44 to $22 per person.

The once-a-week brunch service includes a porchetta carving station, wood oven-roasted whole salmon and various charcuterie and cheeses. Bottomless Bloody Mary's and sangrias are among the brunch cocktails available. Brunch will be offered from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. Reservations can be made by phone at (310) 278- 2060.
