Ontario Man Fatally Struck in Deadly Collision on Foothill Boulevard

RANCHO CUCAMONGA, CA (April 5, 2022) – A two-vehicle collision on Baker Avenue claimed the life of 35-year-old Guy Patrick Bell, Saturday.

The fatal crash happened around 4:11 p.m., at the intersection of Foothill Boulevard and Baker Avenue on April 2.

According to reports, a red Mustang and a black Jeep collided in the area under unknown circumstances.

Officers who responded to the scene found one victim dead at the scene. Authorities later identified the deceased as Guy Patrick Bell, 35, of Ontario.

The surrounding area was closed off during cleanup and preliminary duties.

Meanwhile, officials have no information about the other vehicle and parties involved. At this time, an active investigation remains ongoing.

California Highway Patrol authorities will release updates once available.
