The 2012 edition of the Gumball 3000 — “The world's most audacious
international car rally” — hit Hollywood Blvd last night, Thursday- May
30th, 2012. The rally began at New York City's Time Square on May
25th, with pit stops at Niagra Falls, the Indy 500, and the Grand
Canyon along the route. The Gumballers and their high end supercards,
ranging from hot-rod muscle to flashy Italian exotics, rolled into the
Roosevelt Hotel in front of a mob of fans. As with any Hollywood
