Fatal Pedestrian Crash on Sparks Boulevard and Sawgrass Lane Claims 1 Life
SPARKS, NV (August 11, 2021) – 22-year-old Guillermo Falcon lost his life Sunday night after a deadly pedestrian accident on Sawgrass Lane in Sparks.
The accident occurred just before 9:30 p.m. August 8, at the intersection of Sawgrass Lane and Sparks Boulevard.
According to witnesses, Falcon was in the road when a driver traveling northbound on Sparks Boulevard struck him. When authorities arrived, they discovered him lying on the road.
Despite efforts to save his life, Falcon was pronounced dead at the scene. There were no other injuries reported.
Furthermore, the driver stayed at the scene and cooperated with authorities.
While the investigation is still ongoing, authorities have stated that it does not appear that impairment played a role in the crash. However, an active investigation is underway.
