Semi-Truck Crash near Beal Road Resulted in One Fatality

IMPERIAL COUNTY, CA (September 19, 2012) – On Wednesday, Guadalupe Diaz-Espinoza was involved in an accident on State Route 111 that left one dead.

The deadly incident happened at the southbound State Route 111, north of Beal Road, per initial reports.

Furthermore, according to the police, an eastbound 1987 Honda motorcycle traveling on a private dirt road, collided with a 2019 Peterbilt semi-truck for reasons unknown.

Unfortunately, the 40-year-old motorcyclist succumbed to their injuries at the scene.

However, their name remains undisclosed pending notification of next of kin.

The semi-truck driver, identified as 31-year-old Diaz-Espinoza, sustained no injuries.

At this time, the circumstances surrounding the fatal incident remain unclear.
