33-Year-Old Cyclist Killed in Traffic Accident on Baseline Street

POMONA, CA (August 10, 2022) – 33-year-old Gregory Thorn, of Pomona, lost his life after a bicycle collision on Baseline Street.

The accident happened around 10:00 p.m. in the area of 26080 east Baseline Street on August 2nd, per initial reports.

According to the officials, they responded after receiving the reports of an injured bicyclist but the events that led to the incident are still unknown.

Paramedics then transported Thorn to Loma Linda University Medical Center, where he succumbed to his injuries the following day.

At this time, investigators are unsure as to what caused the fatal bicycle accident. Pomona Police are asking anyone with information regarding the fatal collision on Baseline Street to reach out to their local offices.
