50-Year-Old Man Killed in Pedestrian Collision near Loleta Drive

FERNBRIDGE, CA (November 9, 2021) – Monday morning, 50-year-old Greg Campbell was fatally struck in a pedestrian accident on Highway 101.

The crash took place around 2:00 a.m., on the northbound lanes of the highway. Emergency crews responded to the scene near Loleta Drive shortly after.

For reasons unknown, Campbell was walking along the northbound lanes when the driver of Subaru struck him. The driver stayed on scene and cooperated with the investigation.

Authorities later identified the Subaru driver as Josphat Muhia, and say he was not impaired at the time.

At this time, the deadly pedestrian crash is still being investigated. However, more details will be provided once available.
