The summer officially ends when outdoor concerts pull down their stages and head back inside. As the end of August nears, there are only a few chances left to enjoy dancing under the otherworldly glow of the Los Angeles night sky. Tonight, as the last offering of the Spaceland Under the Stars at Pershing Square, Great Northern lifts up their rapturous brand of ethereal rock between the skyscrapers. And not to mention it's fee. So pack some snacks (and maybe a flask) and ride a bike downtown to catch these last few moments of summer before it slips away.
