Good news for night owls: Starting on June 3, Grand Central Market — and many of its stalls — will be open until 10 p.m. daily.

That means you can eat carnitas tacos, falafel pitas, vegan ramen, pad Thai, porchetta sandwiches and lots of other dishes well past dinner (along with beer and wine).

These stalls will be open late: Belcampo Meat Co., Bombo, Chiles Secos, China Café, Courage & Craft, Berlin Currywurst, DTLA Cheese, Golden RoadHorse Thief BBQ, José Chiquito, Knead & Co., Pasta Bar, La Huerta, La Tostaderia, Las Morelianas, Madcapra, McConnell's Fine Ice Cream, Olio Pizzeria, the Oyster Gourmet, Ramen Hood, Roast to Go, Sticky Rice, Sticky Rice 2 and Valerie.

Also on that list will be Bar Moruno, a branch of Moruno in the Original Farmers Market, which is expected to open next month. Some vendors will offer evening specials, including a queso dip from DTLA Cheese and a bourbon-praline ice cream from McConnell's.

Absent from the expanded hours list, sadly, are a few daytime-only vendors: Eggslut, Wexler's Deli, Tacos Tumbras a Tomas and G&B Coffee.

The summertime expansion is part of a larger block of programming planned for Grand Central Market, which also includes a marketwide happy hour featuring food and drink specials from 6 to 7 p.m., Monday through Friday, starting June 3. There will be DJs on Fridays, live music on Saturdays and Sundays, a monthly Artists & Fleas market to coincide with Downtown Art Walk, game nights the first Thursday of every month, Wednesday movie nights and a free shuttle service that will transport market-guests to different downtown L.A. entertainment venues, including Staples Center, Walt Disney Concert Hall and the Orpheum Theatre.

Take note, however: The new hours will run only through Sept. 22.
