Well, this has got to be the most debaucherous food truck event we've heard of so far. This weekend Granada Hills will host more than a simple gathering of favorite mobile kitchens: there will be a full bar, drunk Santas and belly dancers. Oh yeah, it's not just a festival, it's a party.

The Granada Hills Food Truck fest kicks off a 1 p.m. this Sunday, December 19th, and ends “whenever,” (as long as the both the street food and mixed drinks are flowing, we suppose), and everyone is encouraged to dress as Santa or Mrs. Claus, or at least in red and white. Home base is the Granada Hills VFW Post, and proceeds from the event will go to them.

Trucks scheduled to appear include: Gourmet Genie, Munchie Machine, Papas Tapas, Smokin' Willie's BBQ, Greenz on Wheelz, Fishlips Sushi, Great Balls On Tires, Mandoline Gril, Lomo Arigato, Crepen Around. More trucks may sign on as well.

And to entertain you while you crush and munch, local belly dance troupe Twisted Gypsy will perform, along with their full drum section, as well as Granada Hills-based band Feats in Inches.

Please, designate a driver.
