The brewpub at Golden Road Brewing, which quietly soft-opened back in mid-December, will officially open on January 15th. The joint has 20 taps featuring housemade beers as well as heavily (but not exclusively) Californian selection of beers including Eagle Rock Brewery, Dogfish Head, Oskar Blues, Firestone Walker, Avery, Stone and Hangar 24.

Expect a menu of polished comfort food with plenty of vegetarian options from chef Adam Levoe. That includes twice-baked potatoes, vegan sundried tomato polenta, turkey meatballs with vegan cornbread and a Sloppy Joe made with Porter-braised short ribs.

The spacious warehouse also has a take-away deli case featuring sandwiches (roast beef with caramelized onions and blue cheese mousse, a vegan banh mi) and salads (vegan coconut noodle with shredded Thai coconut and julienned vegetables, Miso Crabby with blue crab, shaved cucumber and a miso vinaigrette.

The pub seats 80 people indoors, with space for an additional 72 on the patio. Golden Road is open from 11 a.m. to 11 p.m. daily.
