GLOW '08GLOW '08, the Santa Monica Pier's first all-night art and music festival, commissioned seventeen art installations, including works by Usman Haque, Frank Rozasy, and Shih Chieh Huang. The event also featured DJs Garth Trinidad, Raul Campos, and Jeremy Sole and performers Arthur Nakane, Albert Ortega, and White Rainbow. An orchestra performed from the top of the Ferris wheel - as the wheel revolved, the music faded in and out depending on how close the musicians were to the audience below.; Credit: Photo by Gina Pollack
