Michele StuevenNeighborly , the popular multi-restaurant kitchen and gourmet marketplace, which debuted in Westlake Village in December 2024, is launching its second location in Brentwood on Thursday, April 2.
The opening will feature a new pizzeria from Frank Pinello , the lauded pizza man behind Williamsburg, Brooklyn’s acclaimed Best Pizza, and host of Gozney TV’s Pizza With Frank and VICE’s The Pizza Show.
Palermo Pizza Club specializes in 48-hour fermented fresh dough for its Sicilian-style crust. Following its Brentwood rollout, Palermo Pizza Club will also be added to the Neighborly Westlake Village roster.
Neighborly’s established vendors include Gaby’s from cookbook author Gaby Dalkin, Chef Armen Martirosyan’s Mini Kabob , and the Mixtape burger joint serving gluten-free, seed oil-free crispy chicken sandwiches and no–refined sugar coconut soft-serve.
In addition to the kitchens, there’s also a marketplace stocked with a curated selection of gourmet goods and chef-prepared fresh and frozen take-home meals.

Menu items at Palermo Pizza Club include The Palermo Prosciutto & Stracciatella Pizza: with Fior di latte, mozzarella, parmesan, romano, and Pinello red sauce and basil. It’s finished with prosciutto, stracciatella, parmesan, olive oil , and Maldon sea salt on a Sicilian-style crust with 48-hour fermentation.
Highlights at Gaby’s include Pesto Alla Francesco: made with almond basil pesto with green peas, russet potatoes , and roasted tomatoes, tossed with rigatoni and finished with garlic butter croutons, cracked peppercorn , and parmesan.
Gaby’s Caesar Avocado Wrap: includes chicken breast, avocado, little gem and romaine blend, crushed croutons, and house Caesar dressing wrapped in a flour tortilla.
The Chinese Chicken Crunch Salad is made up of roasted chicken breast, avocado, romaine , and little gem blend, shaved cabbage, shredded carrots, mango, cilantro, crispy farro, candied almonds, wontons , and sesame seeds, served with a side of miso peanut vinaigrette.

Mixtape is serving up The OGB Royale Cheeseburger, Single or double stacked housemade ground chicken patty, Cooper’s American cheese, mayo, dill pickles, grilled onions, lettuce , and tomatoes on a buttered and toasted sesame seed brioche bun served with a side of Mixtape Sauce.
Better Tender Box Set is a mix of crispy hand-breaded chicken tenders served with waffle fries, signature slaw, buttered and toasted Parker roll, and a choice of Herby Ranch, Backyard BBQ, or classic honey mustard sauces.
At Mini Kabob, you’ll find The Original Mini Kabob Wrap, a choice of fire-roasted chicken thigh, fire-roasted ground beef and pork kabob, crispy falafel or crispy chicken with shirazi salad (cucumber, grape tomato, pickled red onion, herbs) and toum aioli wrapped in a toasted lavash. Served with a side of toum aioli.
Mamma Alva’s Favorite Plate features a choice of fire-roasted chicken thigh, fire-roasted ground beef and pork kabob, crispy falafel, or salmon with house hummus or tzatziki and shirazi salad (cucumber, tomato, pickled red onion, herbs), spicy fire-roasted pepper, and fresh lavash. Served with a side of toum aioli and MK sesame hot sauce.
