Get The Beach Boys to the Greek: Yes, yes, we all know – a Beach Boys without Brian Wilson (at least) is no Beach Boys. The “cover band” accusations will fly, and the inclusion of John Stamos really doesn’t help. On the flip side, hearing all of those classic at the fabulous Greek Theatre in L.A. makes for a great night out.

According to a press release: “In celebration of their 60th anniversary, The Beach Boys’ “Sixty Years of the Sounds of Summer” 2022 tour kicked off last month and is set to visit markets across North America, the UK, and Europe including Los Angeles, CA; San Diego, CA; Stockholm, Sweden; Paris, France; Barcelona, Spain; Berlin, Germany, and London, UK. Tickets are on sale now, with additional dates set to go on sale in the coming weeks.”

“The ‘Sixty Years of the Sounds of Sumer’ tour comes on the heels of the debut of the new single ‘Beach Boys’ by country duo Locash featuring The Beach Boys’ co-founder Mike Love and longtime bandmate Bruce Johnston. Ahead of the song’s March 4 release, The Beach Boys invited Locash to join them onstage during their sold-out show at the Ryman Auditorium in Nashville, TN, to debut the windows-down anthem live.  Watch highlights from the performance HERE.”

Get The Beach Boys to the Greek: The event takes place at 8 p.m. on Sunday, August 7 at the Greek Theatre.
