Woman Killed in Fatal Two-Vehicle Crash on Seal Beach Boulevard

SEAL BEACH, CA (November 9, 2021) – Police arrested German Juarez after a DUI crash on Seal Beach that left a woman killed Thursday afternoon.

The fatal incident occurred around 3:40 p.m., at the intersection of Seal Beach Boulevard and St. Andrews Drive, near Leisure World Retirement community.

Eventually, the Orange County Fire Paramedics arrived at the scene and transported three people to a hospital for immediate medical attention. Although, the events leading up remain unclear.

Due to the impact of the crash, a female driver succumbed to her injuries at the hospital.  At this time, the identity of the victims remains unclear, pending notification from their next of kin.

Seal Beach Officials later arrested 29-year-old German Juarez, of Los Angeles and booked him to Orange County Jail for DUI and manslaughter.

Authorities are asking anyone with information about the incident to contact local police as soon as possible.
