52-Year-Old Man Found Dead after Being Ran Over by Vehicle near Parking Lot
LYNNWOOD, WA (July 17, 2023) – Late Saturday morning, police responded to a hit-and-run incident that claimed the life of Geoffrey Smalley. On July 8th, at around 10:30 p.m., the officers found 52-year-old Smalley downed in an apartment complex parking lot. According to Lynnwood Police Department spokeswoman Maren McKay, they found Smalley in the 6600 block of 210th Street Southwest. Furthermore, a neighbor stated that Smalley parked his truck and went upstairs. Moments later, he was found just meters away. Consequently, the investigators have determined that Smalley was struck by a vehicle and the suspect did not stop to call for emergency. At this time, there were no leads about the suspect or the vehicle description.
