On Friday night, rapper Game tweeted an offer for fans to apply for internships, and gave the non-emergency number for the Compton Sheriff's station.

Dennis Romero has the full story over at The Informer. Game has denied sending the tweet, claiming that someone hacked into his account. He also had some choice words for the cops: “Yall can track a tweet down but cant solve murders!”

It may not be a scandal of Weiner proportions, but Game could get punished for this, as the department has sent the information to the District Attorney's office. Still, not bad publicity for his upcoming The R.E.D. Album, due out a week from Tuesday. And that's not all.

More Game news below.

The week after next Game will also be featured on the cover of LA Weekly, with writer Jeff Weiss getting the full story on the embattled rapper's past and present.

My prediction? The life and times of Game will get more crazy before they get less crazy.
