A funeral for famed Hollywood publicist Ronni Chasen will be held at 11 a.m. Sunday at Hillside Memorial Park and Mortuary in Culver City. She was gunned down in a stunning crime in Beverly Hills Tuesday that still seems to have investigators scratching their heads.

Few leads have been reported in the 64-year-old's murder, which was reported shortly before 12:30 a.m. when neighbors near Sunset Boulevard and Whittier Drive heard shots and went out side to find Chasen with five hits to her chest and her black Mercedes-Benz E-Class coupe crashed into a pole.

Her death at Cedars-Sinai Medical Center not too long afterward sent shock waves through Hollywood. Sony co-chair Amy Pascal and actors Morgan Freeman and Steve Martin expressed condolences for the woman who just that night was working the red carpet and working on an Oscar press campaign.

Was it a professional hit or, as some have wondered aloud, a case of road rage gone too far?

Beverly Hills police were seen Wednesday carting out Chasen's computers. If they know something we don't they're being mum about it.

Donations can be made in Chasen's memory to Tower Cancer Research Foundation in Beverly Hills, (310) 205-5768.
