The private island eco-resort in the British Virgin Islands is where Turner offers a series of five-day Elevate Summits throughout the year, “which correlate to the five pillars of what we call whole life success.” The retreat is a space where entrepreneurs and any individuals seeking to elevate their relationships, businesses, or personal well-being can do so by achieving whole-life success. With the next summit, “Presence,” occurring in mid-August, guests will discover the value of living in the present. 

Britnie learned that business could be a transformative vehicle to change lives through the built environment. Soon, Turner’s other business venture Aerial Development Group blossomed under her umbrella to include economic development and disaster management groups that aid in emergency relief in numerous disaster zones.

The Aerial Recovery Group has gone from dealing with the earthquakes in Haiti to the volcano in St Vincent, the tornadoes in Kentucky, the hurricanes in Louisiana, and more, to helping rescue people in Afghanistan. “Our mission is focused on the active war in Ukraine where we are saving orphans. My team has rescued over 3400 people in Ukraine and will continue to do so,” explains Turner.
