Erika Larsen (Brookledge Follies creator) & Bob Self (Baby Tattooville) presented Beyond Brookledge May 31 -June 2 at the Mission Inn in Riverside, CA. Limited to 50 tickets this was the first time the Brookledge Follies opened its doors to the general public in a fully immersive event that spanned the weekend. Friday was packed full with Jim Turner and Mark Fite's Girly Magazine Party in the Ho-O-Kan room, a spooky lecture on Circus Posters by Mike Caveney at the Art Museum, Poppycock and friends in the Rotunda, and Billy the Mime, the Amazing Johnathan, Brett Loudermilk and host Rob Zabrecky performing a midnight Electric Mass in the Music Room. Other performers included Marquis W Howell II, Bibi Poubelle, Liberty Larsen, Shayne Eastin, Peter Stickles, Kristian Hoffman, Sia Synn and Tina Lenert. All photos by Star Foreman.
