Who doesn't love a show for free-ninety-nine?

Okay, alright, LiveNation, Ticketmaster, you can put your hands down.

Anyway, for the rest of us in these lean times a free show is an oasis in a sea of credit card bills and alimony payments (ladies, they're on the way, I swear). Luckily for us penny-pinchers, our friends at indie/college radio station KSCR have blessed us with a great free show featuring the prep-rockers Princeton, the always awesome psychedelia of The Entrance Band, and the outer space sounds of Thee Oh Sees in their last US show before departing for All Tomorrow's Parties in the UK. Although captains of industry and patrons of the arts are few and far between in these (sorta) dire times, then add some DJ sets by Dublab and some ice cream by Coolhaus, and you have the makings for a great Sunday summer afternoon. In March.
