Year after year, Coachella draws a range of notable bands and performers. The weather, however, tends to stay one note: Staggeringly hot. For those headed to the music and arts festival, it might be useful to keep in mind Coffee Bean & Tea Leaf's ice blended giveaway over the weekend.

The chain will be offering free 12-oz. samples of its ice blended beverages via a new beverage truck at the KROQ Party House starting today through the weekend (from April 12-14). The samples are available in three flavors — mocha as well as the new offerings of birthday cake and rocky road. The truck will return on the following weekend April 19-21.

The truck will make stops at other concerts and outdoor events, including KIIS FM Wango Tango on May 11; the U.S. Open of Surfing from July 20-28; and the X Games from August 1-4.
