Peace did not grace this small piece of earth near LAX overnight during a holiday toy drive and party hosted by a Cal State Long Beach fraternity.

Cops responded to a brawl involving as many as 1,000 people at the LAX-adjacent Radisson Hotel, according to police and reports.

Miraculously, no injuries were reported and no arrests were made:

Cops were called to the hotel at 6225 West Century Blvd. about 12:45 a.m. today, an LAPD sergeant told us. Officers had to clear out about 1,000 party-goers, which took some time, he said.

Kappa Alpha Psi Fraternity had scheduled a toy drive and party at the location that night.

A police official told City News Service that the initial trouble-makers were outsiders — that they were not a part of the fraternity or its event. Suspects reportedly threw chairs and tables.

Arriving cops evacuated patrons, but nobody ended up in handcuffs or on a stretcher, police said.

We reached out to Ernest H. Brown, the national fraternity's interim executive director, for his response, but we had yet to year back.
