Multi-Car Collision near East Vegas Valley Drive Left Several Hurt

LAS VEGAS, NV (March 29, 2023) – Saturday afternoon, four people were in critical condition after a crash on South Nellis Boulevard.

The multi-vehicle crash happened on February 25th at around 7:42 p.m. on Nellis Boulevard and Vegas Valley Drive.

Police said that before the collision, a 2001 Dodge Ram fled a hit-and-run that involved a 1999 Chrysler Sebring but resulted in no injuries on Nellis Boulevard and Sahara Avenue.

The Dodge was speeding toward the intersection on Vegas Valley Road as it traveled south onto Nellis Boulevard.

Upon arrival, paramedics transported four people to a hospital with life-threatening injuries, via ambulance. No other injuries were reported.

Additionally, both directions of the roadway were temporarily shut down to allow for cleanup and preliminary duties but have since been reopened to the public.

No other information was disclosed before the crash. Further investigations are still underway.
