For those who missed out on Food GPS' Ceviche Nights, which ran last weekend and this past Sunday, it looks like you'll have another shot to sample raw creations from guests chefs next year.

Food GPS' founder Joshua Lurie told us that plans are in place to continue Ceviche Nights through next year at downtown's Mo-Chica. The cast of chefs for the upcoming dinners has yet to be determined, but Lurie expects a variety of local chefs will team up with Mo-Chica's Ricardo Zarate to put their own spin on ceviche. On Sunday, Bryant Ng of Spice Table unleashed a tantalizing prawn ceviche, paired with a delicate fried prawn head and shrimp-flavored granola. Kris Yenbamroong of Night + Market debuted a Thai-style raw beef ceviche tinted with fish sauce and toasted rice powder.

Also, those who are curious about the upcoming menu at Paiche should also check out Zarate's work in the mean time. Several dishes that debuted at Ceviche Nights will end up on the regular menu when the Marina del Rey restaurant opens early next year (last night featured a razor clam ceviche in it's shell, topped with aji amarillo sauce).
