Floyd Mayweather Partners with Same Florida Entertainment Start-Up That Signed Antonio Brown to New Artist Deal

On Thursday, the boxer shared a photo on his Instagram Story alongside the owner and founder of Secure the Bag Entertainment, Ryan Kane.

“Go follow my new business partner @Ryankkane @Securethebagent_. Big things happening,” Mayweather wrote on the post.

According to Kane, Mayweather will aid with bringing new talent to the company. He will also assist with branding by wearing exclusive company merchandise during fights and appearances.

Having Mayweather on board, who happens to be one of the most prominent athletes in the world, will give the entertainment start-up an immense boost. However, he is not the only athlete on its roster. Antonio Brown was the first entertainer signed to the music imprint. Under the deal, he will release multiple albums as he embarks on his newfound rap career. With STB’s leadership, Brown was able to perform at numerous festivals, receiving positive feedback in his new line of work.

Secure the Bag is quickly establishing itself as a leader in the entertainment industry, having only been in business since the beginning of 2022. Headquartered in Tampa, Florida, the start-up has also signed several upcoming musicians to deals of various sorts.

“Clearly, STB is making big news with celebrity partnerships and state-of-the-art studios,” said Kane.

Mayweather’s role in STB is not one he is unfamiliar with. Several years ago, he founded The Money Team, which offered similar services to fellow entertainers. Singer Ray J and rapper 50 Cent were heavily affiliated with the conglomerate.
