There’s no shortage of fitness influencers or coaches today. But those like Cody Concepcion are easy stand-outs amid the crowd. Today, the fitness guru hopes to use his influence to advocate for holistic living and improvement.

Also known as Cody Padrino, he was born and raised in New York City. He is of unique background, as he is both Puerto Rican and European. Despite being raised in the faith by his two loving parents and attending Catholic school, Cody was formerly incarcerated and learned many lessons from his experience there.

While he was away, he focused on fitness, returned to his faithful roots, and began mentoring the next generation. He would speak to them and motivate them to attend educational programs and go back to school to improve themselves when they were released.

While he was in prison, Cody acquired many essential lessons in life. He used the life-changing and life-shattering experience as a launching pad to change for the better instead of feeling defeated and hopeless. It was his impressive commitment that turned his life around.

“I took my life from a negative situation and turned it into a positive one,” said the gritty skydiver and motivational speaker. Cody lives his life to see his redemption and live a better life. During his time away, he learned not to take life for granted. Instead, the fitness coach pours his energy into working out and living a healthy lifestyle. Currently, Cody resides in Miami, Florida, and continues to practice the life lessons he has learned along the way.

In his endeavor to live a better life, he has made a name for himself as a fitness guru, personal trainer, and skydiver. Despite his demanding lifestyle, he mentors and advises any youth he encounters. Cody is also known to be very close friends with Jeff Wittek. He has even watched his French bulldog, Nerf, at times.

Cody Padrinos’s motto in life is “Health is wealth, invest in yourself, and always do your best.” He has completed a total distance Ironman Triathlon in Cozumel, Mexico, in November 2021; and ever since Cody’s release, he has adhered to his word and never deviated from it. His steady growth and eagerness have helped him make a name for himself, which has garnered tens of thousands of Instagram and Youtube followers and several brand sponsorships. In addition, this successful and adventurous man visited 18 countries last year.

Last year, his trip to the Maldives was one of his most memorable adventures, where he met Roberta Mancino, an Italian skydiver, base jumper, wingsuit flier, and international model. He also visited Parque Nacional dos Lençóis Maranhenses in Brazil, where he was with the skydiving world champions Greg Crozier and Karine Joly. Many years later, Cody Padrino still hopes to motivate more people, especially the next generation. He remains firm in his goal to become the best version of himself and eventually create a lasting and life-changing impact on his followers and audience worldwide.

Cody Padrino strongly believes that his most significant advantage from others is his unique beliefs in life. One of his core beliefs is, if anyone wants to experience actual change in their lives, one has to see life holistically. As a result, he has established his name as a fitness coach, life coach, role model to the next generation and an advocate for holistic improvement.
