59-Year-Old Man Fatally Struck in Car Crash near Sierra Avenue

FIREBAUGH, CA (August 12, 2022) – Saturday, 59-year-old Fernando Camacho Santos was pronounced dead following an auto accident on Highway 33.

According to reports, authorities responded to the collision near Sierra Avenue. However, the events leading up to the incident remain unclear.

Responding officials arrived and declared 59-year-old Santos dead at the scene. Emergency crews have not yet stated whether or not the occupants were wearing seat belts at the time of the accident.

Authorities shut down the surrounding area for a brief time during cleanup and preliminary duties.
