Collision on Manning Avenue Kills 64-year-old Felicia Madrid

FRESNO, CA (December 20, 2021)Felicia Madrid died in a Monday afternoon crash involving two vehicles on Manning Avenue, authorities said.

The incident involving a car and an SUV occurred around 1:00 p.m. near Manning and Elm Avenues, according to police.

Felicia Madrid, the driver of the car, sustained major injuries and was rushed to the hospital where she later died.

Furthermore, initial investigation revealed the SUV had ran a stop sign and slammed into the driver side of Madrid’s car in the intersection.

Authorities said the driver of the SUV, 30-year-old Breteny Grosvener, and her passengers, Chris Diaz and Jason Wheeler, were driving away from a mailbox they had stolen mail from before the crash.

As of this time, the investigation is still ongoing.
