Born out of a shared vision to make a tangible difference in people’s lives, Tom and Erica Feher have built a law practice in the heart of Los Angeles and across California that prioritizes empathy while demonstrating legal prowess. Tom was deeply influenced by his upbringing in a blue-collar family, where his dad built his own auto mechanic business and where hard work and integrity were paramount values. He envisioned a career not defined by courtroom theatrics but by compassion and a desire to authentically understand his clients’ experiences and advocate for them. “From my perspective, what we do is, we try to put ourselves in the client’s shoes or, or really in our client’s skin, and try to feel what they are feeling and be a voice for them.”
That humanity, dedication and meeting his wife with the same desire to support and ensure clients receive the best possible outcome inspired them to follow in his father’s footsteps and start their own business.
“My job is to learn about a person’s life, tell that story and connect my client’s life, my life and the jurors lives. That is my goal, and I was getting big verdicts working for another law firm. I realized it was incumbent on me to be a person that helps people so they don’t fall into the wrong hands. So my wife and I started this business, just like my dad. He worked his way up to being an excellent mechanic, and we have worked our way up to being an excellent trial law firm, and honestly, to being a voice for the people.”

Erica shares, “We interview a lot of people because we’re always trying to find great people to join our team.
