February might be the shortest month of the year, but we all know, when it comes to months, size doesn't really matter. From a Bike Prom, the Edwardian Ball, and Dapper Day at Disneyland to Mardi Gras, The Oscars, and an “Undie Run,” February had plenty to see and do.
