“Till death do us part.”

Those words will weigh heavily during the planned vows that will be exchanged between troubled actor Ryan O'Neal and longtime companion Farrah Fawcett, whose health is deteriorating from terminal cancer. In a segment of ABC TV's 20/20 program to air Friday, O'Neal, who has had brushes with the law as the result of drug and firearms charges, told Barbara Walters of the couple's intention to marry soon. He gave no details on when or where the ceremony would take place.

“I used to ask her to marry me all the time,” O'Neal is quoted by KTLA as telling Walters. “But . . . it just got to be a joke, you know. We just joked about it.”
