Redbird | Vibiana and San Francisco-based circus Vau de Vire are bringing Revive, an immersive dining and performance experience featuring a cast of more than 40 circus performers, musicians, dancers and characters. Shows will be twice daily, Thursday through Sunday, June 18 to July 24 at Vibiana in downtown Los Angeles.

Upon arrival, guests will start the evening off with a reception in the Vibiana Courtyard, featuring drinks and bites from Redbird chef and owner Neal Fraser, in a gallery of living art and live music. There will be rejuvenation stations throughout the courtyard offering cure-all tinctures. Once the doors open, guests will step into an opulent 1920’s setting,  where all are VIPs, dining upon the performance stages, immersed in a projection-mapped environment for their remaining four courses, with original music performed live by Angelo Moore and the Missing Links, and other musical surprises.

Menu items include filet mignon, scallop crudo, watermelon salad and Valrhona chocolate cake, along with a selection of passed appetizers and The Barker  cocktail – a snow cone of Herradura Blanco, lime, passionfruit and apertivo

After two years of seclusion, insanity, and division, Vau de Vire co-founder and creative director Mike Gaines hopes to restore hope and enthusiasm. Famous for its wild nightlife events, the Francisco-based immersive event-production company is also behind The Soiled Dove Dinner Show in Northern California, the world-famous Edwardian Ball, Lagunitas Beer Circus and Dusk to Dawn Halloween.

“Sharing a phenomenal feast in a beautiful, intimately immersive environment seasoned with amazing performing artists and supported by the best visual and audio tech available — that’s our theatrical approach to celebrating life and positive momentum,” Gaines said in a press release. “And there’s no one we’d rather do that with than Neal and Amy Knoll Fraser, and their team at Redbird and Vibiana.”
