RADIO BROADCAST #351
12–20–15

Fanatic! We are closing in on the end of the year. One more show before we start in on fantastic shows for 2016.

I am happy to tell you that we have one of the greatest musicians ever on this show. I do hope you enjoy another installment of Andrew Hill. Amazing player.

For this show, we rock Velvet Underground’s “Sister Ray” in mono. You will find this masterpiece at the end of hour one.

I have a few days off coming up and I plan to play a lot of records. The end of the year is one of my favorite times to do a lot of listening. Los Angeles empties out a little and things quiet down. I have a feeling there will be some serious Kluster box set consumption and Keiji Haino vinyl to get things warmed up and go from there. I’ll submit the list of what I get up to on next week’s show notes.

I am in NYC at present, doing a lot of press for He Never Died. The weather is strangely spring-like. I have been really jammed and have no time to check out any record stores. I will be up soon for another nine hours of interviews, so I better wrap this up. Below you will see all of the great music we are going to serve up. I hope you get a chance to listen.

Stay safe and STAY FANATIC!!!
