Fanatics! What a show! So many new tracks! Besides that, we give our thanks to some great musicians who have recently passed away. The last few weeks have been very tough with all the sad news of Chuck Brown, Adam Yauch, Duck Dunn, Donna Summer and Robin Gibb.

I am back from the shows in New Zealand, Australia and South Africa and what a great time all that was. I got back here a few days ago and almost immediately wanted to go back to the airport and fly back to NZ and start it all over again.

Since I have been out, a lot of records have come into the office. I brought back quite a few from tour, so there's a lot to sort through and over the next few weeks, we will get into some of these.

Tonight, we have a lot of firsts. Let's get into it!

New Snail! Excellent album called Terminus will be out at some point this year. Here is some info.

New Pepi Ginsberg! She is in a band called Companion right now. Great vocal on tonight's track. Want to hear more? Here is the place.

Gene Ween releases a great solo album of Rod McKeun covers called Marvelous Clouds. Only a member of Ween could pull this one off. I have been sitting on this album for months. The label sent it to me a long time ago and told me to sit on it until I got the word to go.

New Iggy!!! Just in is the new Iggy album called Après. It came into the office this week and we immediately put it on. I am really liking this one! This record is perfect hot weather listening and we will be rolling tracks from it out all summer.

New High On Fire album De Vermis Mysteriis is out and you need this one! As if HOF could make a bad record if they tried. Fear not, this yet another monstrous, crushing thing of beauty. Limited edition colored vinyl and an edition with an extra 12″! You better get on it!

Check this cool Australian band the UV Race. Another great find from Australia. What a great scene they have. I picked up a lot of records there this time around, so brace yourself for a lot of Aussie in the mix this summer.

Also, check the new Eddy Current release of singles and comp tracks called All These Things. It's on LP and CD. It's a great one. Some of those ECSR singles are way hard to find, so this is a great record and the prices in America are good on this one for now.

Damn, This Thing Sounds So Good Dept: I picked up a pristine mono copy of Are You Experienced in Sydney and have been rocking it all week. I will make a good sounding transfer soon and we will listen to this one all the way through. It's one of the best records anyway but in mono, it is just so good I can't stand it!

Please dig our cool concept in the second hour. Iggy opening and Sinatra closing it out with the same song. The battle of the blue eyes. Iggy always shows you that there's more than one way to go about it.

This is a great show and it's live and you gotta listen!

Dare to be square and STAY FANATIC!!! –Henry
