RADIO BROADCAST #363
03–13–16

Fanatic! Hello from sunny and very warm Sydney, Australia. I will be on a flight in less than 24 hours and am starting to miss being here already.

I have been here for the better part of a week doing press and taking part in the Australian Music Prize. As you can imagine, I have been to a few record stores. Our shows will start showing signs of that next month after I get all the records played and see what rises to the level to bring to your eclectic attention.

I will be back here in September for a lot of shows. I wish I had a few more days here. I always do.

If you look below, we are happening with great music from start to finish.

I have said this before, Fanatic: Warm weather and music is the perfect combination. I hope that if where you are is thawing out, you’re getting a lot of music listened to. We will do our best to supply you with two of the many hours of music you will be digging every week. I have been working on our April shows, including here in this hotel room, and so far they are sounding great.

Yesterday, I was so stoked to be seated next to Lindy Morrison from The Go-Betweens. You also know her from the one-song band The Tuff Monks! We have played that song on our show many times and it’s coming up next month, so get ready. She was great. I hung out with a Tuff Monk! I love that record.

We hope you dig the show and until next week, keep the soundtrack going and STAY FANATIC!!!
