Are the new vegan burger combo plates at Fala Bar any good? Who cares? Because for the first 50 customers this Saturday, the meals are free and we all know free food equals good food. (Or at least good enough that you shouldn't complain.)

The event — which takes place between 1-4 p.m. — celebrates the launch of the recently added Mediterranean Burger (sweet potato falafel, Israeli salad, hummus, cabbage and tahini), Southwest Burger (crunchy falafel, onions, dill pickle, BBQ sauce and purple cabbage), All American (original falafel, sliced tomato, sliced onion, dill pickle, ketchup, mustard and vegan mayo) and Sweetie Fala Fries
(sweet potato, parsley and sea salt).

Considering Fala Bar is completely vegan, is almost completely gluten-free (except for the pitas, which can be substituted with a cabbage leaf wrap), uses all organic, locally-sourced produce and has a menu curated by a holistic health coach named Gina Ragnone, chances are it'll be worth the effort to wait in line. And, if not, it's free, so shut up and eat.
