Three-Car Collision near Eastern Avenue Left One 24-Year-Old Woman Dead

LAS VEGAS, NV (November 3, 2022) – Saturday afternoon, police responded to a crash that claimed the life of Faith Hodgson.

The incident happened at around 1:30 p.m. in the area of South Eastern Avenue and East Hacienda Avenue.

Investigation showed that the Hyundai was stopped westbound on Hacienda Avenue and the Toyota was facing eastbound.

Furthermore, the traffic on Hacienda Avenue went green and red light for both northbound and southbound Eastern Avenue.

According to police, both the Toyota and the Hyundai had the right of way and the Jeep drove through the despite having a red light.

Consequently, the Jeep collided with the side of the Hyundai. The Hyundai then collided with the Toyota, police added.

24-Year-Old Hodgson was the driver of the Hyundai and she suffered life-threatening injuries in the collision.

Authorities transported her to Sunrise Hospital where she later succumbed to her injuries.

Meanwhile, paramedics transferred the driver of the Jeep, 41-year-old Ramesh Hulugalle to Sunrise Hospital for treatment of various injuries. Reports said they showed signs of impairment. Authorities later took them into custody with DUI charges.

The driver of the Toyota also remained at the scene and cooperated with the investigation.
