Chalk it up to their Omaha roots–the guys from 311 are still modest, and as excited about the release of their tenth album as if it were their first; their latest, Universal Pulse, drops today. With 21 years of experience in the music industry — much of it comprised of nonstop touring — Universal Pulse sounds extremely polished.
