Former NBA Clipper Nick Young is accused in a lawsuit of drugging and raping a woman after a 2011 encounter at Crown Bar in West Hollywood.

Young, now a Philadelphia 76er, says it wasn't me. He took to Instagram this week to deny the allegations. (And note here that prosecutors have not charged him in the case):

He stated:

Don't believe everything you hear. Real Eyes. Realize. Real Lies.

The baller went on to call those who believe the allegations “haters.” Before apparently taking down the comments, he elaborated:

I was shocked with the amount of people who actually believed that Swaggy would do such a thing! I take my craft and my reputation seriously. I have a son that looks up to me as well as fans that are children. I would never want them to think of me in such a way.

The suit claims that on Aug. 12, 2011 he slipped GHB into the plaintiff's drink, took her to her apartment, and raped her.

The suit says the woman had met Young before; the player apparently has said the sex was consensual.

The woman says she went to the UCLA Santa Monica Rape Treatment Center the next day and that a test confirmed she had been drugged.

We shall see.
