It is clear that in these divisive times our mindful loving awareness must include the liberation, dignity and justice for all beings. As Dr. Martin Luther King reminds us, we are not free until all are free.

Like breathing in and out, the gift of mindful loving awareness first helps us to quiet our mind and open our heart. And then it shows us each how to wisely and courageously respond to the troubles of the world.
