elebrating music, celebrating women with open jam sessions. Sisters of Jazz is coordinated by Rose Gales, a native of Houston, Texas. Ms. Gales began to study piano at age twelve. She says her primary influences include Barry Harris, Wynton Kelly, Tommy Flanagan, McCoy Tyner, and Miles Davis.
