Come here your favorite comedians talk about where they're from - and why they left for LA.
Lana Schwartz (The New Yorker, Vulture, The Hard Times) and Ilana Michelle Rubin (Reductress, MTV) are bringing their long-running, New York-based show My Hometown to Lyric Hyperion on Tuesday, August 27 at 8 p.m. Lana and Ilana will be joined by a number of LA’s best comedians who will share jokes, stories, characters, and more, stemming from their experiences of their hometowns – whether they loved them, hated them, or realistically, some combination of both. Each of these comedians left something behind when they came to LA – what was it, why did they leave, and how does LA stack up?
