Comedy giants Sarah Silverman, Paul Scheer, Tig Notaro, Langston Kerman, Chelsea Peretti, Joe Mande, Minnie Driver and more are coming together on June 20th to Save the Future. After a sold-out 2018 comedy show fundraiser, Action Civics CA, a youth civic engagement non-profit, is hosting Let’s Save the Future (Again!) benefit show at the Theater at the Ace Hotel in downtown Los Angeles.
“I’m wildly inspired by Action Civics and the impact they have on students who are getting involved in their own futures by becoming leaders in their school, community and beyond,” performer Sarah Silverman said.
Produced by Action Civics CA board members, director/writer Jason Woliner and writer/producer Laura Krafft, this fundraiser will help amplify the importance of youth voice and civic engagement to better create a Southern California culture that is prepared to solve today’s most pressing issues.
All proceeds will benefit Action Civics CA to help provide youth empowerment and civics education programming that reaches over 5,000 students in Los Angeles and Orange Counties.
Tickets are on sale starting at $40 at www.letssavethefuture.com. Line up subject to change.
