Rest features such guests as Connan Mockasin, who co-wrote the airy song “Dans vos airs,” and Paul McCartney, who gave Gainsbourg the tune “Songbird in a Cage” and played on the track as well. The daughter of actor Jane Birkin, Charlotte Gainsbourg continues to make her own name for herself despite her impressive celebrity lineage.
