If you haven't had enough of brunch after Mother's Day, grilled cheese maestro and Foundry chef/owner Eric Greenspan will be throwing a pop-up brunch at Tart, May 13th-15th. The fancily renovated in-house restaurant of the Farmers Daughter motel will play home to Greenspan's menu of stuffed hashbrowns, a Hawaiian Benedict with pineapple hollandaise and three kinds of lasagnas including a “Jew-sagna” made with smoked salmon, eggs, red onions, capers and cream cheese crepes. Bloody Marys and mimosas are on tap. Most items cost $12. Reservations recommended
