43-Year-Old Woman Dies in Multi-Vehicle Collision near Spotted Road

DEER PARK, WA (November 11, 2021) – Monday night, Emily Ross was killed and Carriann Rogers was hurt in a car crash on State Route 395.

The collision happened around 6:50 p.m., on the northbound lanes of the highway. Dispatchers arrived to the scene near North Spotted Road.

According to reports, Ross was driving a 1997 Ford Aerostar south when she veered into the northbound lanes and collided with another vehicle. There, two northbound vehicles also struck the Ford.

The driver of the fourth vehicle was later identified as 38-year-old Carriann Rogers, of Loon Lake. She suffered serious injuries as a result of the impact.

Meanwhile, paramedics pronounced 43-year-old Emily H. Ross, of Spokane dead at the scene.
