11-Year-Old Girl Hurt in DUI Pedestrian-Auto Collision near Grange Middle School

FAIRFIELD, CA (March 27, 2023) – Thursday morning, a DUI injury collision in a Fairfield Middle School led to the arrest of Elena Lindsey McGraw-Ogans.

Officers responded to the incident around 8:00 a.m. on East Tabor Avenue and Blossom Avenue near Grange Middle School.

Upon arrival, witnesses reported to the officers that a Chevrolet sedan hit the girl crossing the crosswalk.

Responding medical personnel transported the 11-year-old victim to a hospital with life-threatening injuries.

Moreover, police learned that the Chevrolet driver was under the influence of alcohol and drugs at the time of the incident.

In the end, officers arrested and booked 32-year-old Elena Lindsey McGraw-Ogans in Solano County jail for suspected DUI and child endangerment. Police said that McGraw-Ogans had a child passenger in her vehicle.
